dd32 c85525aece Switch to sanitize_title_for_query() for Query sanitization (allows for pre-3.3 page slugs to be viewable), Don't update page slugs to new slug-types when the slug is not being changed, Don't issue a XHR if the page slug hasn't changed. nacin 974108d57c Select the submenu item for post-new.php when using show_in_menu = 'some-parent-file' for post types. Continue to select the post-new.php submenu item if it has been separately added with add_submenu_page(). fixes #19125.

nacin a7c296dd47 Move WP_Editor to a _WP_Editors encapsulation. 
* WP_Editor will return in 3.4 as a one true API for editor instances. Stick to wp_editor() for now.
 * TinyMCE can now be forced on with tinymce = true. It defaults to the value for user_can_richedit().
 * Restores wp_default_editor(), wp_link_query(), wp_link_dialog(), wp_fullscreen_html().
fixes #19320.

nacin 00823b1deb Remove old dismissed pointers as the IDs have changed. Switch to underscores that way we don't need to translate them for method names. Avoid an empty pointer in the array. see #18693.
