duck_ d17f4409c3 Don't pass $post_type as get_page()'s $filter argument. Copy-and-paste error. Removal improves get_page_by_path() performance dramatically by stopping sanitize_post() being called. Fixes #19175.

nacin 17c3514a7f Two style tweaks to the update nag so it blends well with help/option panels and the admin bar. 
* Add a top border to it, but hide it under the admin bar. Helps appearance as the page is rendered (as admin bar is last).
 * Bring the update nag slightly off center again (see [19130]) to ensure it lines up with help/options panels.

nacin 463bfd9fe5 Separate non-post term counting from _update_post_term_count(). Introduce _update_generic_term_count(). The generic handler will be the default whenever the taxonomy is attached to an object type other than a post type (link, user). josephscott d6a835521f Follow the pattern of wp-admin a bit more for metaWeblog.newPost by using get_default_post_to_edit() to generate a post ID before the post is actually published.
