Custom Vector theme/skin for GolemWiki, our instance of MediaWiki

Matěj Grabovský fab055d6a1 Support "rel" attributes on content action links (e.g. rel=archives) ... MediaWiki has provided rel=archives for the History link since v1.15.0 (Introduced in r45988 / 4299d27956.). However Vector never used that property until now.
