vtarasov 33f44f8dc1 pkcs15: pin references are always positive integers ... ... In the OpenSC versions previous to 0.11.5 the references greater then 127 were erroneously encoded by one byte (negative value ecording to the ASN.1 rules). Actually some other proprietary PKCS#15 cards have also this infirmity.
