Fixes#881
The compilation on Mac OS X using clang generates the warning:
clang: warning: argument unused during compilation: '-pthread'
This is because -pthread is passed during link and this argument is
unused.
This problem will be hard to fix.
The best for now is to NOT fail on warning :-(
