Option --use-locking has C_Initialize pass in parameters with the
CKF_OS_LOCKING_OK to tell module to use threads. The default is it passes NULL
which says threads are not needed.
The following is not designed to be used by the general user. There are for debugging
and test scripts and only compiled if the system has threads.
Option --test-threads <arg> can be passed multiple times. Each one starts a thread.
<arg> is a list of 2 byte commands seperated by ":". The thread will execute these.
Current commands are:
IN - C_Initialize(NULL)
IL - C_Initialize with CKF_OS_LOCKING_OK
Pn - Pause for n seconds
GI - C_GetInfo
SL - C_GetSlotList
Tn - C_GetTokenInfo from slot_index n
These are just enough calls to see if threads are working in the module.
Output is written to stderr.

Some cards can provide supported algorithms in tokenInfo
which contain ECDSA OID, and PKCS11 mechanism
Don't know how many Algo_refs were actually read,
and a ref of 0 may be valid. print at least one Algo_refs.
Print the mechanism from PKCS11, and print operations
Use the $(top_srcdir)/src/pkcs11/pkcs11-display.c on Unix
Use the $(TOPDIR)\src\pkcs11\pkcs11-display.obj on Windows
pkcs15.tool.c treat ECDSA OID as inline
pkcs15-tool prints PKCS11 mechanisms using pkcs11-display.c
Automake now warns that the default will change, in the future
so "[subdir-objects]" is added to configure.ac

regression of 45a7ea9737075b5901fe7a5d65ed898733140315:
due to the change in the linkage, the symbols should be found in
opensc.dll instead of the static support libraries.

If the system libraries are set before the locally built libraries,
libtool will pick the system copy of OpenSC instead of the local one,
and that can make cross-builds fail badly.
This patch is already applied in Gentoo for proper building.
* shift libpkcs11 from src/pkcs11 to src/common as it is not used to implement the OpenSC PKCS#11 module
* invent a "libscdl" mini library that implements either libltdl based dynamic loading or uses native interfaces
* drop hard requirement for libltl to build OpenSC
* native Windows build does not need libltdl any more
* specify CNGSDK include dir to find cardmod.h. CNGSDK only registers with a handful of compilers
Deals with #323
